Did You Know?

You don’t have to navigate HIV alone.

And you shouldn’t have to drive across town to five different agencies to get the help you need. HIV care, case management, housing, transportation, and food assistance — all under one roof, at no cost to you.

How to get started

One door. Every service.

What is Ryan White?

Ryan White is a federally funded program for people living with HIV who are uninsured or underinsured. It covers what most people can’t afford on their own — medical visits, lab work, HIV medications, case management, mental health care, and the wraparound support that keeps you in care.

If you’re HIV-positive, a Mississippi resident, and need help affording care, you likely qualify. HealthCareOnTheGo is a Mississippi State Department of Health Ryan White Part B subrecipient serving District 6 (Meridian area) and District 7 (McComb area). We help you find out if you qualify and walk you through the paperwork.

The facts that change everything.

U = U

Undetectable = Untransmittable. When HIV treatment keeps the virus undetectable in your blood, you cannot pass it on through sex. Treatment is prevention.

PrEP

A daily or injectable medication that prevents HIV in people who are HIV-negative. Ask us about it.

PEP

Emergency medication taken within 72 hours of a possible exposure to prevent HIV. Time matters — call right away.

Testing

Free, fast, and confidential. Knowing your status is the first step to staying healthy and protecting the people you love.

Stigma is not a diagnosis

HIV is a treatable, manageable condition. People living with HIV go to work, raise families, fall in love, and live full lives.

Four steps. One day.

01
Call or walk in to either HCOTG location.
02
We help you complete the Ryan White Part B / ADAP application.
03
You meet with a case manager and provider — usually same week.
04
You leave with a plan — medical, housing, transportation, food, whatever you need.

Bring if you have it

ID · proof of Mississippi residency · proof of income (last 2 paystubs, SSI/SSDI letter, or self-attestation if none) · insurance card if you have one.

Don’t have something? Come anyway — we’ll work with you.

Two clinics. One mission.
